Return Window

• You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

• To start a return, please contact us via email with your order number.

 

Return Conditions

• All items (stickers, ceramics, and illustrations) are eligible for return.

• Items must be completely unused and in their original packaging.

• Ceramics must be packed securely to prevent breakage during transit.

 

Return Shipping Costs

• The customer covers all return shipping costs.

• We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

• We cannot guarantee a refund if the returned package is lost in transit.

 

Refunds & Processing

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

• We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving the return.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
